"What we love to do and why!"
Why a PTO?
In 2009- 2010 The Learning Junction created a PTO organization. This organization
helped differentiate fundraiser income with tuition income. The Learning Junction,
Inc. PTO has focused attention on the children in many different aspects from fun
and celebrating to hand on experiences and learning.
Last year parents raised just under $2000.00 with Gertrude Hawk chocolate bars,
Turkey Grams, Valentines Day Grams, Funpasta, Bunny Grams, Wendy's Proceeds
Night, Bake Sales and more. We look forward again, this year, to reach the same
goal.
Raising these funds throughout the school year have given the children fun things
such as:
The Learning Junction PTO has also raised money to Leukemia and Lymphoma
Society with your $5.00 donations and Pajama Day
We have given food donations to the "We Feed" St. James local soup kitchen
Supplied water for the Boy Scouts car wash fundraiser
Donated 2 school signs to Port Reading #9 and Woodbridge Middle School
Supported local little league teams and cheerleading squads

- Earth Day Planting Seeds
- The Funbus
- Mickey Mouse Birthday snacks
- End of year party items and decorations
- Class of 2010 Graduation
